1. Open Outlook
2. Go to File >> Info >> Add Account.
3. Select the Manually configure server settings… radio button and click the Next button.
4. Select the Internet E-mail radio button and click the Next button.
5. Enter the required information:

  • Your Name – The name you want to appear on all outgoing email.
  • E-mail address – Your email address.
  • Account Type – Ensure that IMAP is chosen from the drop-down menu.
  • Incoming mail server – You can retrieve this information from the Cloud3 Hub, under the Secure Email Settings section of your account.
  • Outgoing mail server (SMTP) – You can retrieve this information from the Cloud3 Hub under the Secure Email Settings section of your account.
  • User Name – This will be your full email address.
  • Password – The password for your email account.
  • Click the More Settings… button at the bottom right of the window.

6. Select the Outgoing Server tab from the top of the new window that opens.

  • Check the box for My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication.
  • Select the radio button for Use same settings as my incoming mail server.

7. Select the Advanced tab at the top of the window.

  • Enter port 993 as the Incoming server (IMAP) port and ensure that SSL is chosen from the Use the following type of encrypted connection drop-down menu.
  • Enter port 465 as the Outgoing server (SMTP) port and ensure that SSL is chosen from the Use the following type of encrypted connection drop-down menu.

8. Click the Next button.
9. If the test fails, go through the previous steps and double-check that all of your settings were entered correctly in Outlook. If the test is successful, click the Close button.
10. Click the Finish button.
