Why isn’t my domain/website working?

Domains and DNS changes usually take anywhere from 15 minutes to 3 hours to propagate, although this process can sometimes take up to 48 hours.

Before a domain propagates, you can still access your website by going to http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/~accountname

Replace ‘xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx’ with  the server IP address and ‘accountname’ with your hosting account name.

Note: Both your server’s IP address and your account name can be found in your Cloud3.ca welcome email you received upon activating your account with us.
