Enter the e-mail address the auto responder will be used for. 5. Fill in the auto responder information (from, subject, message body). 6. Click the “Create/Modify” button.

How many e-mails can I send?
You are allowed to send out a maximum of 500 e-mails per hour per hosting account. If you are using a newsletter platform to send message to a mailing list, be sure to adjust your mail throttle settings.
I am getting a message that my mailbox is full?
Go into your Junk/Bulk/Spam Folder and empty it out. Those folders tend to fill up quickly when you do not clear them out regularly. If this does not resolve your issue, please contact support.
Why can’t I send any e-mails?
A lot of Internet Service Providers block port 25 causing sent mail to fail. Try changing your outgoing SMTP port to 26 instead of 25 and that should fix the issue. Note: If this does not resolve the issue please contact technical support.
Why are my e-mails sent to Yahoo being delayed?

We have set up SPF records for all the domains hosted on our servers, so other remote mail servers will know that messages sent from your domain are legitimate and that all others are not.
